This one-day Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry, co-sponsored by the Colorado Municipalities League and the International Association for Public Participation, is focused on how local government can benefit from this revolutionary process for high engagement positive innovation and action. You’ll learn practical techniques for bringing strength-based approaches into your work at the same time that you gain hands-on experience with the Appreciative Inquiry process.
Join representatives from Boulder County, Denver and Longmont as they share their stories on how their communities have benefitted from innovative approach. You will leave with new skills for engaging city staff, officials and community members and ideas for using Appreciative Inquiry to create positive change in your organization or community.
